Billing questions
Do I need an account?
Yes, a free one. Premium is attached to your account, so it follows you to every device where you sign in. Sign in or create one here.
How do I pay?
Checkout is run by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. You can pay by card or with the other methods Paddle offers in your country. We never see your full card details.
Why is the total different from the price shown?
Prices are listed in US dollars before tax. Paddle adds the sales tax or VAT that applies where you live, and may show the amount in your local currency.
How do I cancel?
Open your account and choose “Manage subscription”. Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then your account returns to the free plan.
What happens to my progress if Premium ends?
Your XP, level, rank, streaks and personal bests stay. Game history older than 7 days is removed, the same as on the free plan.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of your first payment or of a yearly renewal. The refund policy has the details.
